retention period
After the contract has been fully processed, the data will initially be stored for the duration of the warranty period, then in accordance with statutory, in particular tax and commercial law, retention periods and then deleted after expiry of the period, unless you have consented to further processing and use.

1.) Scope of our terms and conditions: For the business relationship between Mediterranean Soil and you as a customer, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply exclusively. We do not recognise conflicting or deviating general terms and conditions. Conflicting terms and conditions of the customer are only valid if Mediterranean Soil expressly agrees to them in writing, whereby we are entitled to change these terms and conditions at any time with a reasonable period of notice. Orders received before this date will be processed according to the then still valid general terms and conditions.
2.) CONTRACT CONCLUSION: By sending the order, a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract is made. Acceptance of the offer by Mediterranean Soil is effected by sending an order confirmation or by sending the goods to the customer. Our offers are always subject to change, prices are subject to change.
3.) DELIVERY TERMS: Unless a different delivery address is provided, we will ship the ordered goods to the billing address provided. Delivery is usually made by parcel service. If an alternative mode of dispatch is desired, we will inform you of any additional costs on request.
4.) DELIVERY TIME: Depending on the availability of the goods, the delivery time is between 2-10 days. Delivery times will be gladly communicated upon request. In the event of bottlenecks in the availability of raw materials, Mediterranean Soil may extend the delivery periods or withdraw from the obligation to deliver. In this case we will inform the customer by e-mail or telephone. No liability is accepted for delays in delivery of any kind, in particular for force majeure.
5.) PRICES / TERMS OF PAYMENT: Our prices include the currently valid value added tax in the Federal Republic of Germany. Additional costs such as packaging, transport and insurance costs are not included in the prices. Our offers are without engagement.
